This is definitely a poster you see in the dragon-dentist's office. It's the kind of imagery of dental perfection that makes normal dragons ashamed at their imperfect teeth. No one is that pristine! D:

Personally, I've never had a kink for teeth, but I think I get it. It's like the kink for claws. It's something about thinking about how there's an implied threat from claws or fangs, how fearsome and dangerous it makes the owner thereof. There is a thrill in being near to such a lethal thing and not being entirely sure that you will unharmed.

And especially when smb's teeth defend you from other teeth, too :D

Oh yes, the idea of 'this big fearsome monster-person might be kind of scary, but it's on my side, and will defend me against all others' is another big draw, indeed.
