Posting this in scraps since, well, it's nothing to artistic, but it is kind of informative. :)


This is what 12 dozen 1 oz Chocolate Butterscotch Chip cookies looks like put into a Quarter Sheet Cake carrier.

Probably the best way to transport the cookies, sadly I only have one such carrier and so the rest got a less nice looking (But admittingly easier to pack) method of being stacked carefully into aluminum half steam-table pans and wrapped heavily with plastic wrap.
