This shawl was supposed to look like bird wings, but it looks far more Botanical. Dammit. Better designing next time, I shall hope.

I made a really cute blue and white maxi dress for my suprise birthday party that I am not supposed to know anything about, and I totally made this to go along with it. The yarn is a linen/cotton/silk blend, wet blocked, (which is why it's on a towel,) in what is going to be the new baby's room, (which is why there's a garbage bag full of old books and a framed photo of kittens in the picture. I'll crop it and replace it with a new upload. :l)
This took about 5 days to complete, and it's just a little baby shawl, so it's not big at all. c:
