When the Earth Alliance lost the original Blitz Gundam to ZAFT, that represent the loss of years of research and advanced technology, something that was completely unacceptable to the Earth Alliance, and the organization controlling it Blue Cosmos. The Noire Blitz Gundam represents an attempt to fulfill the original Blitz's intent on joining the Earth's Mobile Suit Arsenal, while also incorporating new tactics and technology that were developed since the Bloody Valentine War, making the Noire Blitz Gundam an assassin on the battlefield. Now, with tensions once again rising between Naturals and Coordinators, and Blue Cosmos poised to start a new war for their Blue and Pure Earth, it remains to be seen if the Noire Blitz Gundam will be an angel or demon.
