This is harddddddd :P Kinda getting the idea of shapes with the tools but I can't seem to make tiny details like the mouth lines 🤔Though to be fair I've only watched a few mins of some tutorials. Maybe once I have more time to figure it out!

You definitely started with one of the more fun tools to begin with. Sculpting can get some pretty good results reasonably fast.
Blender is basically the "Everything including the kitchen sink" of the open source 3D world, which is what's slowed me down. So much "Oh, let's try THIS tool this time" and 5 minutes later I've decided to try something entirely different, haha.
I like this as a first attempt.
