Do not go to Alamogordo.....I used to live in New Mexico at Holloman AFB and Alamogordo was like 15 miles away and the biggest thing there was a Wal-Mart lol.

Yeah I have, was when family was exploring the state a little, went to Las Cruces, Roswell, Albuqurque, and El Paso as well.

i moved from Alamogordo to Deming. The best thing about both towns is the little known wonders that abound below the town's surface — in Deming's case, that's literal. ;)

the middle is my favorite simply because the color contrasting from the mountains is perfect, the foreground mountain having the most color.
