At the very Mirelle is trying to fulfil her role as a leader, though with with how things have been shown so far, this is probably not going to go very smoothly.

Really? I picture a gag comic where one of the characters try to hang themselves with a backflip, fail by having the rope break mid-flip... And then a Falling tree to come down nearby, stop mid-fall and then suddenly turn and fall on the one who tried to hang themselves.
...That was a reference to "Heavy is Dead - Familyfriendly edition".

...I now half expect a Gag strip to involve either Nigel or Leo doing that, only to have the rope break mid-backflip and him to faceplant into the dirt... And then a falling Tree or a rolling boulder to come out of nowhere, pass by, suddenly stop... And then make a Ninety-Degree turn to fall on/roll over the one who failed to hang themselves.

Team Building is the last thing that should be attempted beyond putting together pairs to set of tents, and the cooking team. This isn't a corporation, they need to be conducting themselves more like a military. In the morning Leo and Mirelle need to be sparring, as should be Chili and Tristan.
