Okay, folks who have read "I, Panther" or the "Xerian II" written stories will probably be aware that some of the cyber-jags are very skittish about the idea of their brains being harvested. Specifically, many of them latched on to the gruesome but utterly false idea that their positronic brains could be scooped out like ice-cream. (Cyberjags do not have positronic brains anyway)
So when Daryil started selling "Panther Brain Ice-Cream" as a Halloween trick, not everyone was particularly impressed. (I checked - platinum and iridium are considered non-toxic).
I also note that "positronic brain vore" appears to be an untapped market.

Given who caused those rumours in the first place, I think he has every right to be upset.
One idea I suggested but didn't end up in the final sketch was the canopy all torn up because while A-SMV isn't allowed to attack Daryil, the ice-cream stand is certainly a valid target. (Of course, it's also possible Niall took Daryil's avatars off the safe list.)

A-SMV isn't allowed to attack Daryil, or any of his fellow board members? But that probably wouldn't stop Asimov from trying, given the fact that Niall is holding A-SMV back. But... that ice-cream stand could make for a fairly decent scratching post for a robotic feline.
You may remember how Lautrec suddenly went limp when Ben Webb used the remote on him? ( http://projectfuturecomic.com/xeria.....hp?strip=08-02 )
Well, if a panther attacks someone on the protected list, that happens automatically. I think this has only been portrayed on-comic with androids - Josh and Robo-Keaton in the original Project Future - but it's the exact same system.
EDIT: And yes, Asimov is sufficiently pissed that he might try anyway.
