I actually used various Star Wars miniatures to make it. Here is the complete list:
The legs of a Bespin Guard, the body and head of a Jedi Consular, plus the arms from the Han Solo from that Epic Duels boardgame from acouple years ago, some greenstuff to make his suitcoat, and various parts to make the sonic screwdriver.
As for the Daleks and Cybermen, I intend to make them soon. But first, I need to make Rose Tyler *growls* Uh... did I just do that out load?
