Hastings street is a long-standing fixture in the less-dense eastern flank of Snepsburgh. It was first constructed post-war with the earliest residences becoming occupied in autumn 1947. 3710 is one of the 1948 completion homes in a ranch style. The front stoop was covered in a 3-season porch first, then made 4-season in the stucco facade renovation of 1958. It has changed paws a few times from them to now, with one resident rumored to be the known gangster Gino Raffalli. It seems the house has found its face in the 1958 stucco remodel, as the only significant alteration is the garage ventilation dormer in 1965 and the glass and aluminum retail-style door in 1978. The current residents drive a 1989 Eagle Premier and a 1983 Ford Van they street park to the other side of the driveway.
