There's really not much of a lore in this one other than that this take place well after Meri's Fleet Week is over and we're just doing a normal flirty couple thing that most couples will probably do on Halloween. Complete with cheesy couple lines.
I'll just say that Lippyre really just means we're going to kiss alot and how will a "cartoon vixen" and human kiss each other will be shown in the next comic after another one about the reaction of the Real Fleet about Meri's use of her tail.
What I'm dressed up as is my old PSO2 New Genesis outfit, customized colored to my favorite one of course. They finished Halpha the first planet and we're getting bits and pieces here and there to do some things while the company prepares the next planet or episode, at least I hope that's what they're doing. It also feels like I'm the only one that knows that PSO2 takes about a year or two to make brand new content, especially if they're trying to make a brand new planet to explore in the next episode.
