I like the nod to our modern take on angel hierarchy with stuff like "principalities" and "Dominions". Tis a nice touch.

Course we gotta get a demon's version of learning about Hell like this at some point.

I'm sure we'll get a peek at the life of an adult Demon in Hell someday! For the most part, though, might makes right. They fight a lot and follow whoever is the strongest lol (but is that really so different from Heaven...?)

I am curious. Do the demons have some form of hierarchy like in the Key of Solomon? Like King, Duke, Prince, Marquises etc?

I always pictured the Demons of the world of Slightly Damned to be somewhat disorganized. Syndel is the God of Chaos and his Demons are fittingly rowdy and unruly. Might makes right in their world, so they'll follow the word of whoever can kick the most butt.

So angels can choose their physical gender once they come of age. Kinda reminds me of that non-binary alien episode from “Lloyd in Space”.

At the time, I didn’t think too much about it. But now with all topics about gender in the recent years it rings pretty well.

The episode ended as an unanswered mystery, because the alien was angry at the guys and girls treating it as a contest of sorts.

Do angel cherubs actually have no biological sex or are they simply taught to have no gender identity until they come of age?

Angels have no biological sex from birth. When they come of age, they can choose to develop their bodies as they see fit. It's okay for a cherub to feel like he or she resonates with a gender before they come of age.
