"blood off" spray on cleaner would be what is known as "Hydrogen Peroxide" or H2O2 :) Oxidises the blood right out.

Also, Do Taser Gun's count? they use CO2 to propell two barbs attached to wires designed to incapasitate a 200+ lbs man high on PCP :P
