So an idea suggested by  Miaart430 of detective soren being stuck on an unsloved case and getting a mysrterious lead that resulted it being resolved though the crimes were out of love of a lost love but since i wasn't sure how to convey all of it via drawing alone im also including a story and yes this will be a first try at a story so i hope you enjoy

Detective soren been looking into this one case of art being stolen from multiple museums but nothing was turning up one dead end after another leading to this turning into a cold case but he couldn't just forget so it always bothered him and he would look over it. Till one day he heard his door bell be rung and when he went to check who was at the door there was no one except for a single letter which he picked up took inside and had a look at. After some time of reading it he figured out some mystery informant left this for him a letter from a person who had been following all the art that was stolen. It was some kind of love letter and after doing further research the one who made the art passed away not long before all the art disappearances and a warhouse was owned by this fan. About 6 hours later of further research to track the place down Soren had finally located the warehouse and made his way in and for some reason the place wasn't locked. With torch in hand to light the way he delved into the warhouse finding a light switch to discover the stolen paintings each set up in a way to pay tribute. It seems the thief stole each art piece belonging to her to pay homage to her after her passing showing his affection he always had for her and her works. Soren had called up and let authorities know so they could retrieve the paintings but that still left things a mystery since soren had checked and their culprite had left town about a year ago so why did he leave it all here when he could of taken it with him. Then not to mention who was this mysterious informant that helped crack the case with this info all still dawned on him. For now it was a case closed on the stolen art but another mystery still lurks around the corner.
