My good old Minolta... so many memories have been shared & captured with this SLR, not just in the time I've owned her, but in her almost 50 years of age. Quite a camera this is! if it weren't for the digitization of our culture I would be using her still. The best built camera I ever had, & used, Hands down.
This was Minolta's second SLR body they made, with various styles of the SR-1 through 1959-1967. the two I have are dated between 62' & 64'. Very simple & sturdy, no electronics built in. On top of the fantastic looks, they function just as well. There was a massive amount of accessories made for this body(some of which are very rare & very hard to come by), I only wish I could have collected them all before I switched to my DSLR.
