It's Gado (AKA: Saint TV Eyes) trying to get a match going. Comes from the name Delgado. An M. D. from an old U.S. black project. Delgado's work centered on stimulating emotions and controlling behavior for mostly worse but better too. His patients were different animals, monkeys and some humans.
