A redesign of the Ripper from the Fallout games. It's a chainsaw-like device used by the Pre-War U.S. military as a general purpose cutting tool and improvised weapon. This one is a chainsaw/machete hybrid with a shield on the back to protect the operator in case the chain breaks. It also allows them to safely brace the blade directly by hand and manually apply pressure on the blade for deeper cutting. It's powered by micro-fusion cells.
