Yep, I've seen it ("tohtori outolempi" as the finnish translation of the movie goes, the national broadcasting company has aired it before) and yes that's part of where the idea came from. It is pretty much a black humour satire movie with some ironic propaganda value (and definitely a product of its time, made in 1964) and it's in part that introspection into not worrying so much that drove me to draw this. Nice to see that people catch the idea though, many people so far have specifically seen the reference to Slim Pickens' character in this ✨
