Sorry about the quality, FA has a really low resolution limit plus it doesn't accept MP4 for some reason.
Anyway I just did this this evening, I was hoping to use it as as a pfp but after at least 45mins of fiddling with it to compact the file small enough for that I gave up, so I'll just use a still from the original file
