Character Description
Jeffrey is a victim of Trickster, who wanted to turn him into his sidekick, but failed to do so. He was found ad adopted by Ricochet and now studies at the Runaways Academy to learn how to be a hero, despite his constant risk of falling into madness.

Volatile, constantly switching between craziness and sanity at the drop of a hat

Background/History
One of Trickster's victim, Jeffrey was once a normal lion until the Clown Prince of Crime kidnapped him, thinking that if Rico found a sidekick in Patch, then he should have one too. He tortured and twisted Jeffrey's body and mind but, even as he went insane, he never quite lost his morals. Discarded for not being fun enough, now Jeffrey roams the streets, having to cope with what he's been through and having to live with the insanity creeping in his mind as he thinks of a way to make Trickster pay for what he did to him.

His body is covered in brown fur and his skin used to be peach before being bleached by Trickster's chemicals. He has long black hair which he keeps combed in a ponytail behind his head.

He usually wears a white hoodie, green bracelets with black fur and red and green shoes with black fur

Since Trickster and Nellie are made by merging two characters, I thought I'd do the same with this other one, fusing Jeff the Killer (owned by Mondeur)'s design with DC's Creeper's MO.
