Tushar was one of twenty two children that volunteered for a secret program within the Navy. This programs goal was to create beings that could act/operate like typical K-9, but have the unique properties depending on an animals DNA. Tushar's was that of a penguin, though his procedure damaged his lungs heavily.

Tushar would graduate and become a frogman, a SEAL, within this navy. Operating in extreme missions and top secret operations the public would never know. He is usually cocky and Flirty among women, but now that is directed towards one woman in his life.

Tushar hates flying and has a massive phobia towards clowns. However he is an expert in Close Quarters Combat and deep water operations. He loves the water and the cold, luckily the love of his life is the same.
