Oh buddy you know it's November 1st again and that means International Self Portrait Day and I'm doing this for the sixth year in a row.

I had like this whole idea for this year's portrait that I iterated on half a dozen times and hated all of them. So I just started fucking around, drew a few more abominations, then this one happened. Is he yawning? Is he screaming? Yes. Just like me. This looks goofy as hell but honestly I had a blast drawing this once I got into a flow. And yes, I'm still neck deep in my love affair with the rake brush.
