Price increase

November marks the start of my $35/hr rates when it comes to commission. I’ve worked really hard to develop skills and really polish my style to warrant this increase. With a new way of doing highlights and fur textures, I think I have accomplished that!

New YCH Template: Glass Press

The Fanart voted winner features a new template for commissioners to pick from where a character is pressed against glass. Roxy from Five Nights at Freddy’s won and will be posted at the beginning of November. Glass press will likely be the template picked for the November voted picture to be completed for December!

Inked Linearts

One of the biggest things I think Patrons will notice is that Patreon sketch requests were inked digitally compared to the usual pencil art. I’m still experimenting with a good look for them but I would like to push forward with doing them more. I want to use Patreon requests as an opportunity to learn to feel more comfortable with the media before offering them more regularly in commissions.

It is definitely a slower media that will take time for me to learn to do it in a timely manner.

New Roof

At long last I finally got the roof repair work done on my commercial building. If you’ve been following these for a while, you’ll remember this has been a big topic brought up for over a year now.

It took a lot of my money I had and now I live very uncomfortable with a low bank account. But this should mean I no longer have to get on the roof 20 feet off the ground on a rickety ladder in the winter to sweep water/ice off of it.
