Great! But since the second part of the video has various frame rate issues, I tried to fix it myself by using AviSynth to remove duplicate frames and also generating missing frames via frame interpolation. In addition to this, I also made the video smoother, up to 60 fps, by generating additional frames. Here is the result: https://mega.nz/file/mdwnUZjZ#FuUN0.....DP8f_nEVEgJP3s It is not perfect, but at least something. Although it would be better to re-render the video.
I appreciate the input but I actually know all of which you're describing. There was a framerate mismatch between what I rendered and what Adobe Premiere put out. Hence the issues. I've since made corrections to these variables which I think is reflected in the more recent posts
