Bludrax was just a small ball of goo traveling the cosmos and was always good at hiding to where no one would see him when he came upon a dragon that was powerful and intelligent and used his tentacles to swipe some of his dna and he now is the form you see before you. He gained his knowledge and power from the simple dna he collected and has the power of arcane and some frost and uses it quite well with his extra knowledge and is able to control it to where it doesnt go out of control. Course with his new found form this caught the attention of Zenix, Xeno, and Giraza as all 3 of them love his form and intelligence he has to share amongst them.
