Wow.. this is.. rather amazing here as I just have to say. It's a whole landscape scene with a character involved that actually makes sense for the foreground as well. [Because all this morning I've been seeing a lot of stuff that didn't match. Like a Pokemon being in Sparta. I just couldn't get it..]
What gets me the most here? How the background happens to look like with a bit of water, it could have been painted in. That and it's bright and makes the picture seem peaceful, calming.. uplifting! That's the word I was looking for~!
Plus how Blackfox seems so contemplative there happens to be a rather enjoyable aspect of the picture that you drew in. I am impressed here. Truly.. I am impressed~

why thank you very much. uplifting was what i was aiming for, trying to heighten Blackfrost's spirits in tough times.
oh yeah, i also see many things that just seem one part slapped over another without a thought behind. in this case i tried for a calm summer scene with a village down the hills baking in the sun. actually the evil overlord (aka. scanner) chose not to leave much of the finer pencil lines that make up said village.
which has, by the way, no real model. i thought it up after some photo i once used for a pin-up.
again, thank you for your detailed comments. i like the thought that some people out there take a closer look at my stuff.
