I'd asked Bill if he could make a model sheet for Buster Bunny's female disguise from the Two Tone Town ep of Tiny Toons.

One thing you notice if you watch that ep is that the animators seemed to go out of their way to show that what was filling up the top half of the gown was Buster Bunny himself, not padding.
