Someplace that you won’t be disturbed or bothered for the duration. And of course please don’t operate heavy machinery such as a car while listening to this file. With that out of the way, please relax and prepare to listen to today’s prompt: zombie.
Welcome back! Couldn’t stay away for long, could you? I don’t blame you. You do seem very relaxed when you’re here. Or maybe you don’t remember being here at all? That’s ok, I think I’ll be able to jog your memory a little bit. You may find there are many things you can remember when you relax.
That’s it. Breathe in…
And out. Feeling so much more relaxed. Breathing normally in this way, focusing your energy into your core. The more you focus in the more relaxed you are and the easier it is to focus. A never-ending cycle moving inward that makes you more and more relaxed with every passing second. A swirling cycle moving closer and closer to the center of your being. And when you get there? Well, who knows what might happen.
But I think I have a guess. The closer you get to your center the more relaxed you are. Swirling and swirling down and down on a slide that gets tighter and tighter until you effortlessly drop down into the center. A place where you feel totally comfortable and at ease with everything around you. Nothing can bother you and you feel absolutely swell here. Very calm and oh so cozy. The more you think about it the closer you get to this place and you find yourself being so so relaxed. Swirling, spinning, sliding all the way down and you get to the center and…
DROP
Oh? Well that was quick. You seem quite comfortable there, a little smile flickering on your absolutely adorable face. You don’t even know why it’s there, you just can’t help it. You love being this relaxed. Everything you could ever want or need, present in this moment. No desires, no conflicts, no worries, only being at ease in the here and now. When is now? Doesn’t matter. As long as you listen to my voice.
Now I do detect just the slightest bit of tension lingering in your body. And we want to be completely relaxed, don’t we? Yes, my precious. Look at you nodding your sweet head, smiling because you know that I am here to take care of all of your needs. And I will. And you won’t even need to wait too much longer!
With your energy focused in your center, your core, shift your attention down. Down, down, all the way down until you get all the way down to your toes. Your left and your right toes. Give them a wiggle. Feel that they’re there. And now clench your toes into your feet. Tight, tight, even tighter. Focusing all of your energy on them and then…release. Feel the tension flowing out and feel so much more relaxed. Doesn’t that feel good? Let’s move up then but only a little bit. Into your feet, tightening them, bringing your toes in too. So tight, pulling yourself together all the way in and then you…release and feel more and more relaxed. Do you feel your feet wanting to sink just a bit more into the floor? Don’t worry! You’re not going anywhere. Not yet.
Moving up your legs into your ankles and your calves. Squeeze them, flexing your calves and your feet. So tight with your toes, your feet, your lower legs. Getting much more difficult to hold it all together and then you…release. Sooooo calm. So heavy. Knowing you can still get much more relaxed. Moving up, feeling that wave of tension moving up your body all the way to the upper parts of your legs. Your thighs, quads, your glutes. Oh yes. We’re not leaving your butt out of this. Squeezing so tight, breathing in as you do so you have all of the oxygen you need to flex and tighten all of your muscles below your hips. Maybe shaking from squeezing so tight and then you…release. Alllll the tightness floods out and you feel such a lack of energy below your hips. You might not even be able to move at this point. At least not your legs. This feeling is so good to you. And you’re getting much much closer to your whole body being this relaxed.
Moving a little faster now up to your stomach and your chest. Squeezing your whole lower body and flexing your abs, breathing in, flexing your chest muscles and release. All of the energy flooding out of you. Now your arms, squeezing your biceps your wrist, fists in a ball. Shaking from the effort and release. So relaxed. We’re nearly there. The wave of tension moves up your body from your toes to your ankles to your thighs your butt your abs chest arms hands fingers shoulders and now your neck. Breathing in as you tighten your face muscles close your eyes feeling this tension reaching the top of your head your whole body so tight, squeeeeezing so much and holding it for 1, 2, 3 seconds and release.

So calm. So relaxed. And very open to whatever I might say, knowing that it will make you feel good. Happy. You’re already smiling at the mere thought of what I might do. It’s a bit of a strange topic for today, isn’t it? You may have already forgotten it. That’s ok. You’ll meet them in a little bit.
Imagine you’re sitting next to a fireplace. You can feel the warmth licking at your extremities, so cozy maybe you have a blanket draped over you. You’re cozy, nearly becoming one with your chair. Indistinguishable from the super soft cushions that surround you with plushy goodness.
It seems that there is someone else in here with you. Something? It seems to be moaning and lurching from side to side. But it’s been here for a while it would seem, you were just too comfortable to really care too much. So it couldn’t mean you harm, right? Yes, I think you are completely safe here. The creature starts walking towards you, shuffling slowly. I believe I have heard some things about this one. Yes, I think I remember! This one is a zombie. A mindless creature that wants to spread the amazing lack of thoughts it holds. It must be so nice. And lucky for you this zombie wants to share its gift with you. And I think it has a very interesting way of spreading this gift. I have heard that it can make people as thoughtless as it is just by giving them a little boop on the nose. Just an innocuous little snoot boop that makes all the thoughts fly away from your brain and puts you to sleep right away.
A deep sleep, so comfortable that you can’t help but to spread this feeling to everyone around you. But that’s maybe getting a bit ahead of ourselves. The zombie gets closer slowly, shuffling with an almost perceptible curiosity. Wondering if you are a chair or if you are indeed a separate entity. It gets closer and closer and you can hear it moaning; a slightly raspy sound but there is a complete lack of force behind it. The sound one makes when one is completely relaxed and thinking about the bliss of nothing at all. Only existing and letting the body take care of what it needs to.
The zombie gets closer, reaching out its strangely intact hand over to your face. You don’t even react the moment it makes contact with your nose.

No thoughts, no worries, eyes closed. Feeling the utter relaxation a snoot boop can bring. So relaxed the zombie doesn’t know if it worked so it boops you again. This time a little harder.
Boop
Your eyes rolling up into your head, completely relaxed. Breathing so slowly. And the zombie wants to make sure the job is done. So it reaches out one more final time.

SINK
SLEEP
That’s right. Sooooo calm and relaxed. The zombie is gone leaving you alone with–well, not your thoughts. You don’t have any of those now. You feel so good without the burden of thoughts weighing you down.
You could stay here for as long as you want. In fact, if you want to stay in this thoughtless relaxed state, stop reading now. Don’t worry. I’ll still be here when you’re done. I’m very patient. And I love being with cuties who love being super relaxed and precious.
But
If you are ready to move on, I’ll leave you with some information. Now that you are also a zombie, you also have the power to boop anyone to sleep. And that anyone includes yourself. So if any time you want to return to this very relaxed feeling just go ahead and give yourself as many snoot boops as you like. You’ll feel yourself becoming very calm and mindless in no time. And you’ll only do this when it is safe to become as thoughtless as you are now.
So there. At least you’ll have that now. But it is time to wake up. You won’t be a zombie but you will be feeling very relaxed and rested. A precious cutie that feels so good. We’ll countdown to one which is where you’ll wake up.
