So here's an idea of what Firestorm did with my paws. The teeth and the whites around the eyes do the same thing. Initially I had him try making some resin claws with glow in the dark powder but it didn't turn out so well (Some sort of bad reaction and the glow was very mild). As such we resorted to pigmented white glow in the dark paint. This means I'll have to do touch ups now and then but it still gets the effect I wanted.

Had to play around with several types of paint to get the effect I wanted as well and the samplers set me back a mint but I think it was well worth it.
