This is one of my first attempts at Chrismukkah's adorable Pangolin fursona, and is among my favorite scenes that was accompanied by a story at Playmouse! Here's the abridged version from my feeble memories:
While walking through a quiet park one afternoon, a little spiny anteater was feeling blue. Covered in hard, scaly plates of fused fur and feeling so alone, Chrismukkah was starting to believe that no one could look past his form and care about him when there appeared a little elf-like girl with hair of silver and gold moonlight and loving, accepting eyes! Without hesitation, she invited Chris to spend time with her, and soon the two were playing, laughing and sharing the day together as the best of friends! When evening came, the Fey asked Chris to promise to return to the park again, by the old wooden swing. Chrismukkah agreed, and he kept his promise and returned there until, on the anniversary of their meeting, Chris saw to his joy the bench transformed with unearthly beautiful flowers and, waiting there with open arms was the girl of his dreams: a pretty porcupine named Willow who'd know and understand what it is like to be "different" like he is! They fell instantly for one another and Chris discovered that she, too, met a little Fey girl...one that saved her life, so that she could one day meet her own true love in Chrismukkah :)
It was a really sweet tale, with a happy ending touched with a sprinkle of Faerie magik by Lady Immaculata! If it's recovered from the PM site, I'll post it here for you to enjoy...
