I'm always happy when someone asks me for details ^^
For the leaves, I simply heated a mass of glass then flattened it with a specific graphite tool.
To give relief to the leaves, I used metal pliers.
To be even more precise, I made each branch by welding the leaves separately before welding them onto the tree.
And finally, the markings on the tree trunk were simply made with a cutter blade and a specific tool that I made.

You are welcome!
I use glass rods that I soften with a burner.
To weld the branches and leaves I used a hand torch.
I can't weld all my branches at once, each time I heat a specific point with my torch, I create tension in the glass so I have to anneal it.
So my method was to put my tree in my oven at 550~560°C, then I took it out to weld the other branches, and I put it back in the oven.
Half an hour was sufficient to anneal tensions.
So I repeat this process until all the branches are welded.
