I can see that lol ^.^! The balls unscrew and the shaft of the stud is supposed to go through fursuit tongues/ears to give them a pierced effect. The flat post is to keep the piercing in place while not adding thickness so the piercing doesn't cause the tongue to bulge upward. They're modeled after labret piercing jewelry 😁!! I have demo photos of them in fursuit tongues on my etsy!
