An antagonist for Taiga and Rahtinah's group, although little more than a mook in terms of clout. He is something of a masochist due to his past, as one of his abilities is to induce happiness... with the side effect of causing negative emotions when he stops if he does it too long or too intently. In his youth, he was passed around to aid in ones needing a bit more of a buzz, but also led to him getting beaten up. He got to the point where he used his powers on himself out of sheer frustration towards his life, leading to his perpetual grin and sometimes annoying cheery disposition. To the point that he has been given the title of "Most punchable face in town" where he lives.

That said, his current occupation as a lackey is not by choice. He is not without a couple loved ones, but alas their safety is hanging on all of them doing as they are told.
