for @Forestvoid24, this was a sketch i had in my wips for a while that i decided to finally finish up, with a Keldeo getting inflated into a big blimp thanks to a hose that unexpectedly got into their mouth, causing them to float up high over the Pokemon Centre and such :0
this one was fun to do, took a bit to get the sketch looking right, but i think the end result came out very cute :3
