Out of those two, the Ford would probably be the easiest to get back on the road. From what I know, it's all still complete. And the last time I saw it, the body wasn't really in that bad of shape either

they're both honestly not bad. you should have seen my '48 desoto before i got my paws on it. I think a lot of folks online are afraid of getting down and dirty with sheet metal. The tides are changing on that anyways, but the reality is that someone who knows what they're doing would have an afternoon or so out of cutting and welding and get a sweet van and sedan for their trouble. they're not getting any more common, and someone who knows how to keep them going is someone who is going to have a lot less automotive heartbreak in their lives.
