🎂 Birthday Cakes! 🎂
Unfortunately, a storm and high winds had me limited on what I could make myself for my birthday as I dare not go out in such weather. BUT! These yellow cupcakes with ganache and whipped cream surprisingly came out very fluffy and buttery. I made five cupcakes and have eaten them all in two days.I do not regret anything and would do it again.While I didn't celebrate much today (I had to work and it was very busy), I hope I will be able to tomorrow for those who might be interested in spending time with me ^_^ I hope you all had a lovely day as well, staying warm and tucked in or spending time with those that matter to you including yourself!
