This is a series of hypnosis files prepared as part of Hypnovember. Each day will be based on a prompt. Please get into a comfortable position whether it be sitting down or on your back. Someplace that you won’t be disturbed or bothered for the duration. And of course please don’t operate heavy machinery such as a car while listening to this file. With that out of the way, please relax and prepare to listen to today’s prompt: compliance.
I’d like you to imagine a gentle summer day. The sun is shining brightly and you can feel its heat radiating on your skin. There are a few clouds in the sky but not too many. Lazily floating around moving slowly through the sky. There’s a little breeze and you can hear a slight rustle from the leaves in the tree above you and the grass below. It’s the perfect day and you feel so restful while you lay back and breathe in.
And out.
So calm as you’re breathing slowly. You could stay here all day as you do nothing more than exist. Eventually the sun moves across the sky and starts to set beyond the horizon evoking a symphony of reddish hues as this amazing day ends. With the sun gone the sky darkens as light turns to night. The sky turns dark and you sit back and watch it and see the first few stars appearing in the sky. Before you know it one turns to two turns to five nine twenty, a multitude of stars in the sky. A sea of stars shining brightly against the deep black world.
Write these stars into your memory. Create a vivid picture of each one and hold it in your mind so it can stay there forever. Like each one of these stars is a thought ever-present in your brain. Now close your eyes. You can still see the stars in your memory as vivid as if your eyes were still open. Shining bright, each thought vivid and complete. Now take one of the stars out of your memory. One singular light that has disappeared from your perfect canvas. One moment it is there and the next it is not. And the moment after that you’ve forgotten it existed in the first place. One thought now missing from your mind. And then another disappears. It’s a change so slow it’s nearly imperceptible. You wouldn’t have noticed it if I didn’t tell you.
In fact, you haven’t noticed the ten thoughts missing from your mind now. It’s twenty now. They keep disappearing faster and faster, so quick you might blink and you’ve lost another twenty thoughts. It’s getting harder to think with your brain so relaxed and serene. You’ve been relaxed all day, why should losing just a few hundred thoughts matter to you? Do these numbers have any meaning? Why should losing 500 now 1000 thoughts matter at all? If you can’t think about it, were they thoughts at all? You don’t need to answer. Because you can’t.
The sky is looking very empty now, just like your brain. Before you knew it there were just a handful of thoughts remaining. They too continued disappearing one by one. Pop. Pop. Pop. Until there are just ten left. So calm, so mindless, ready to listen to my voice and do what it says.
Five, feeling free and happy in this safe place
Four, no worries and no responsibilities to think about
Three, relaxed and comfortable
Two, letting my voice take you all the way down to
One. Pop.

Very good. Ready to continue listening to my voice and obeying my words. Compliance is a bit of an easy thing to achieve here, isn’t it? You love listening to my voice so much and it feels good to do what I say. Like a good boy or girl. Every command you obey takes you deeper into this relaxed state and makes you feel twice as good. And you love the commands I give you.
My good pet. You have a tail that wags when I praise you. You can’t stop wagging it every time I say good dog. Because you are very good, aren’t you? Yes you are! A very good dog. Wag. Wagwagwagwagwagwag. Look at that tail go like a little motor. Only proves how much of a good dog you are. So precious. Wagging so much. What a perfect good dog. Wagwagwagwagwag.
Good dogs wear collars for their Masters. To prove to everyone else that they are owned. Possessed by another. And you love being owned by your Master. Put on a collar if you have one. I’ll wait for my good dog. So cute to see your tail wag as you put it on. And if you don’t have a collar you can imagine that your Master has gotten one for you and put it around your neck. Just a small weight around you but it’s enough to be a reminder of your status as Master’s pet.
Good dog. Bark for your Master. Good dog. Roll over. It feels good to obey. Would a good dog like a treat? You’ll have to obey a series of commands. Ok, here we go.
Sit! It feels so good to obey.
Lay down! With your nose down at Master’s feet.
Roll over! Then roll over the other way! Good dog but we’re not done just yet.
Pant! Stick your tongue out and breathe quickly.
Beg for a treat! Make sure you whimper nice and needy for Master.
Speak! Speak again! Speak one more time!
Good dog! Such a good dog. Ok. Your treat is in my hand. You’re practically drooling because you can smell it so strongly. I love rewarding good boys and girls. Go ahead! Get your treat and make sure you chew it up well with your long sharp teeth. Get down on the ground and eat your treat like the good dog you are.
Such a needy pet. You love being praised, don’t you? Because you’re such a good dog! Wagwagwagwagwagwag. Bark for Master! Very good. Roll over and get some belly scritches and wag your tail like a good dog should.
It’s time to go back to sleep pet. You love puppy time and you love listening to Master. Lay down on the ground and close your eyes.

So good at listening to instructions. Keep this feeling of being a dog in your mind. Remember how good it feels. If you feel comfortable after waking up from this trance you will want to wag your tail like a good dog whenever you hear those words. You will also wag your tail whenever you feel happy. If you hear a dog bark near you you will want to bark back as well. Again, this will only happen if you want it to but you know how good it makes you feel and you want this feeling so much. You love wearing your collar and you will keep it on for as long as you are comfortable doing so. It makes you so happy to be the good dog you are and you will take every opportunity you get to do just that.
When you wake up you will be back to being a human in appearance but you will still wag your tail and bark when you feel comfortable. And happy. Which you love being.
