Based on an RP. Born into the dragon clan, Ori (only been known by his first name) is a Guardian General to his people.

Ice blue eyes.
Blue streaks in dark brown hair.
Horns curl down and around his face.
Appear to be in his early thirties, but is MUCH older.

He remains in human form. To take their dragon form is forbidden within the Clans cities.
