Thank you Shadowolf for letting be draw Blackjack! I wanted to play around with backgrounds + color theory and I got this! My first time using any type of blur effect, but I think it came out pretty good! I tried really hard to make it look like he was glowing lol.
This is my example of Outline + Color + Background + Shading (Isn't that a mouthful?) Basically, my attempt at high quality.
