Or just a game set in that world, considering Disney seems to be getting back into licensing their properties for new games. Viewing the world from the point of view of a mouse makes even the mundane seem fantastical, like how that toy store was turned into a strange sort of wonderland -- there's a lot that can be done with that if any developers have the courage (and the deep pockets) to make the attempt!
Yeah. Disney tends to aggressively promote some films and leave the other ones to just kinda sit on the roadside. It becomes kind of a Catch-22; they don't do anything with those movies because nobody really knows very much about them... but nobody knows about them because nothing is ever done with them.
That was kind of the beauty of games like Kingdom Hearts and Epic Mickey -- they gave the spotlight to some of Disney's older films that younger audiences might not have seen when they were new, the latter especially with its focus on films and cartoons from Disney's early years (which made me feel old when I recognized all of the 'forgotten' Disney characters like Horace and Clarabelle and Smee and Captain Hook and, hell, even Oswald).
