It's my first time making hypnosis files and writing scripts for them. So of course hypnovember is a good wringer to put myself through to get better! If you enjoy the file feel free to let me know. I have many more written and am in the process of recording them as well. Which to me seems like a pretty big commitment for a month. We'll see how it goes.

This is a series of hypnosis files prepared as part of Hypnovember. Each day will be based on a prompt. Please get into a comfortable position whether it be sitting down or on your back. Someplace that you won’t be disturbed or bothered for the duration. And of course please don’t operate heavy machinery such as a car while listening to this file. With that out of the way, please relax and prepare to listen to today’s prompt: sound.
Feel your thoughts slow down as you listen and focus on my voice. It feels so nice to let go and let my voice be the one that fills your thoughts. It’s so nice how your brain starts to shut down at the mere sound of my voice now. Sound is just a controlled vibration with the waves from my voice going deep into your brain. It shuts down slowly until only my voice remains.
You are safe here. Nothing can hurt you and I would never do anything to make you feel uncomfortable. You can feel completely safe in this place. You love being here and I am so happy to have you here with me. It’s so nice to be with such an adorable cutie floof.
I’d like you to imagine a busy roadway. Cars and trucks moving around so fast. Lots of loud noises, rumbling. Seems like there is some construction here too! There is a crew using a jackhammer to break up the road for some reason. Hear all of these sounds in your mind. It’s so easy to imagine these sounds hitting your brain, filling it with a cacophony of sound. But you can still hear my voice through it all. Clear and consistent helping you to relax.
It does seem a little bit difficult to relax with all of this activity going on. All of the noises constantly filling your brain making it hard to think. Your own thoughts get a bit jumbled in the mess but you can still hear my voice clear and true in your mind. Helping you to gain your center. Keeping you focused.
You’ll find that if you focus on my voice enough that the other noises will disappear from your brain. Listen and the loud motors of cars simply fade away. Still loud but substantially less. More of my voice in your brain, clearer than before. More of my words filling your brain in the space left behind. We’ll take the rumbling trucks out, massive machines that take a while to stop moving and yet they all disappear with an audible pop in your brain. No more trucks, just some construction going on. It’s easier to make that go away too with the sharp noises from the impacts fading out of your mind.
At this point I’d like you to close your eyes and focus on the remaining sounds now. They’re quite soft in your mind as my voice can be quieter for you too. So quiet yet easy to hear. There is wind rustling through the trees moving the leaves from side to side. Pop! No more wind. Birds chirping and singing their happy little songs until they all stop at once. Pop! No more birds. Little creatures scurrying around on the grass, their little paws scrabbling at the dirt as they run. Pop! No more little creatures.
That slight ringing in your ears. You’re not meant to exist in a world with so little stimulation. Your ears and your brain want to make up for the absence of sound. Let this ringing get louder and louder, clinging to it as the only remaining thread connecting your ears to something other than my voice. Focus deeply on that ambient sound that has no source, nothing to cause it to occur. Deeper and deeper and SNAP. That noise suddenly stops. Utter and complete silence. Listening solely to my voice. Doing and believing whatever it says. Because you know it will make you so happy and relaxed. All of the feelings you desire. Just a breath away.
Focusing. Deep. Relaxed. Happy. Letting my voice cover every corner and crevice in your mind. Coating your brain with paralytic goodness.

It is so relaxing to exist in a world where no sound other than my voice exists. Sound is quite the powerful tool, wouldn’t you agree? At its core it’s just a vibration. Molecules hugging and letting go of each other in quick succession. That’s their whole existence. I wonder if time would be perceived differently at such a scale. Each vibration would be a day so time would move much faster in relation to the wider time stream. This is getting a bit complicated. I guess the point of this is that in this restful state where no sounds and no vibrations exist save for my voice, time could move much slower for you. Time itself stretching on and on while mere seconds pass for you. At least that makes sense to me. So little activity happening in your brain, everything slowed down to a crawl. Relaxed and happy and listening to my voice.
I think it’s about time that we added a fun little trigger for you. Especially if we’ve gotten to this point from the beginning. For safety sake, if at any time it would be unsafe for you to be affected by this trigger you will simply think the phrase “block sound” and any unwanted trigger will be removed completely from your mind. Your trigger will no longer affect you from that point forward. Just to make sure you don’t get into any bad situations.
Now then. When I snap my fingers you will experience a pause in your brain. In that moment no sounds will enter your brain for just a second. Of course in this second much more time will pass in the real world. To everyone else it will appear as if you are blank and unresponsive. Still with normal body function but not comprehending what is going on. What is really happening is you are experiencing one second of time in the soundless place while everyone else is moving faster in the real world. It will be like you skip forward in time after about 5 seconds. Or whatever is most comfortable to you. You may find that with each successive snap you jump forward further and further. If you are already affected by a snap and another one occurs you will not hear it of course since it is outside your realm of consciousness at that point. Your brain will work off of the original timer.
I think this is something that we should test. Just to make sure that it is working right. Wouldn’t want to send you out with any strange bugs or errors, right?

Welcome back there! That wasn’t too long, was it? You were out for a little bit there. Looking cute and precious, just like you should. Oh? That was only a second for you, you don’t know what’s going on? I thought I had just explained it. Well, no matter. I can explain it again.

Easily the best one so far for me, asdfghjh.
This one makes me realize, that there's definitely a benefit to spacing out your sentences when you speak them. It would increase the file length a bit, yeah, but even just a micro amount more of space between your sentences might help the listener feel like they have a chance to comply with the words, rather than just listen to a string of sounds (which is nice, too~). Just a head empty thought!

Yes, I suppose listeners could tend to get a little more full with my words when that's all they have to fill their precious adorable minds. ^^
