I use Clip Studio on version 2.0.6 As for time it can vary but this one in particular with the nude alternate version was about 4 months though the first two and last two were separated by almost 2 years due to other projects getting in the way so some time was eaten up with updating the artwork to my current standard. For large pieces its usually 1-2 months mostly spent on shading. It's something I'm hoping to improve upon greatly but it will take time and practice.
