Of course, with the reality change, it's not helping, but points on her for trying at least. That, and thinking of it since she's lost a few brain cells from her first wish. I wonder if she's thinking the rest of the horse is going grow out of her spine backwards, like an amoeba splitting. I've seen TF like that before, amazingly enough, though that one is an even "two halves of the person" thing.
I wonder if we're going to get a running commentary over the phone of her transformation, and how at each stage it's "always been this way" for the friend or whoever she's talking to.
