After listening to "A Little Plate's Rondo" (from Haibane Renmei's Soundtrack), I wanted to dabble into some art based on the series and drew up Rakka (one of the main characters of the series). The series follows Rakka, a newly hatched 'Haibane' (a being resembling an angel), and other characters in the city of Glie, a walled town with a single gate through which only a mysterious group, the Toga, are allowed to enter or exit. It's based on an unfinished dōjinshi manga series by Yoshitoshi Abe, The Haibanes of Old Home.
It's definitely a series I'm interested in seeing, definitely on my must-watch anime list.
