So yeah, Ranger has had about enough of this guy and his talk of "true power" so she gets up close and personal when he's vulnerable to deliver a devastating blow. Raw power people. She sure showed him the meaning of power. She shut him down and I think he'll be closing up shop... in other words, KO'd. Teeth flying, jaw literally dropping, nose splitting, face smashing, etc.. You get the idea. I was going to leave it at that with the page before but I had to see him get smashed after what he did to my girls.
Will they find Celeste's friends in time? Who is this powerful force running the show? Tune in for the next page, we're almost at the end of the chapter.

Sorry about how sloppy this page was done, I misplaced my white out and you might see objects intersect with the border. I didn't overlook them or not care about them. To keep the story going, I'm submitting it anyway as it's not a major issue. I'll update this page once I find my white out or buy another one. Either way, those mistakes will be fixed.
The particles flying out of the panel was a 3D effect I wanted to try. It wasn't apart of the original plan and I think although not quite how I imagined, it turned out pretty well.
The whole page isn't colored and has sort of a purple shading because of Kabuki's power. I tried to use purple to fill everything in so it wouldn't look completely flat. Again, I'll fix it up more once I update it.

That's true XD He kept underestimating her and each one costing him greatly. He really didn't expect her to come after him as others are normally stunned by the sight (with either fear or blinded by the bright energy light).

What Train said. That's why he's a minon. He just expected her to run away in fear just upon seeing him. Too bad for him that Ranger wasn't one to be afraid of someone who look like flash, with no substance to him (plus add to the fact she's military, and have seen death first hand). So, when she didn't run away, he should've know he would be in for a fight. The fact he didn't show me that he had never fact someone willing to kick his ass.
My opinion, once word gets around that Ranger has kicked his tail, others are going to face him as well, so, he's going to be real useless as the fear factor has been deminished.

Kabuki really didn't think at all. He was a low life minion who just had a little power and he had a huge ego trip.
He thought with that power he had. Ranger would ran away like a coward like anyone else.
It would've worked with almost anyone. But not with someone who has been through such mind tricks.
