Funny that he has blue eyes that he uses a Red Saber. He's sort of an anti-hero of sorts. I'm not sure if he'll end up having those eyes that change red or not, it's up to Weyoun if he wants that. He has more info on his character than I do. If I were to make an analysis, he reminds me of Han Solo a bit, out for himself, using his sly tactics to get his way.
