Oh hey, I made a fanmade Sonic character!
Diesel is a mechanic and former leader of a rider's club that helped fight back against Eggman years ago. Interference under the Doctor's control led to his crew getting forcefully disbanded and right arm getting amputated in a work accident, leading to him creating a powerful prosthetic out of the arm of an Egg Fighter. Installing a mini-V8 equivalent engine, his hot-rod Engine Arm provides him enhanced strength, durability and the ability to ignite his attacks. Diesel would currently be living at a workshop somewhere in Seaside City.
