For the 97% of people who don’t know what I’m talking about — Les Incroyables were mid-lower class men in Revolutionary France who dressed in purposefully outrageous and unkempt styles to mimic the aristocracy. Since many of the proportions of Incroyables clothing is intentionally garish I had to suffer through this by copying an extent garment from the LACMA and hoping I got it right.
