TERMS OF SERVICE
You may not claim my art as your own unless we reach an agreement and the client pays a fee.
Private deliveries are completely accepted, but you must inform me before paying. I usually post WIPs for my followers and sometimes I stream in-progress commissions too.
There are no discounts unless I offer them myself or you support above a certain tier on my Patreon.
There are no free deadlines. If you want your piece done before a specific date, inform me as soon as possible and depending on the delivery time, I will request a fee accordingly. The shorter the time frame, the more I charge. Be realistic with the time frame you give me for finishing the piece.
I reserve the right to cancel your commission if you begin to show an extremely rude attitude. And I will only refund the difference of what has not been worked. Do not push my limits.
I will not edit your commission after the second correction on each stage for free. Try to specify everything that must be changed on the first correction. Fees for extra corrections will be placed and the price will be based on how large/complex the change(s) are/is.
My prices are not flat. they may increase if details are too complicated or difficult for me to create.
If you are unsure about something, kindly ask and I'll reply (price quotes, will/won't do, etc.)
SAVED SLOTS means I saved you as an interested client. But, I don't start on the request until I ask for the payment. Feel free to cancel your commission if you've lost interest or your financial situation has changed.
For better results, provide clear references. Visual media is really appreciated.
DO NOT USE MY ART FOR HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND AGAINST ANYONE. As soon as I discover you are requesting a stolen character or hate art for/against another person, I will immediately cancel your commission. There will be absolutely no refunds in this situation and you will get blacklisted.
Please feel free to message me at any time for information about your commission. Remember to be polite and respect the order. If it is not your turn on the queue, I won't move yours up on the list for free. It is not fair to others if I do that. Thank you for understanding.
