Yeah. Dem'mit is extremely pissed off, and can you blame him?? Going after him, that he probably could deal with. He's a warrior-diplomat. But going after Y'velle? Now it's absolutely personal.
I imagine he's one of those types that when he gets really quiet, that's the time to follow his directions to the letter. That guard is quite lucky he didn't just skewer him first and ask questions never, but that would be unprofessional.
